Morning smoothie milkshake

Whole milk (non homogenized), blueberries/grapes, raw eggs, raw honey, raw cacao powder, 20g collagen protein, some cinnamon. Blended up, it's very tasty and a mogger combination of foods.

Vegetables (brocolli, carrots,sweet potato and spinach) + tuna + nuts,
And then the other 20% whatever I want

Easiest way to get shredded and stay lean year round natty.

I read that collagen protein is useless for muscle because its missing important amino acids for muscle growth. fuck should I do with it i have 3kg

Yeah rice is a staple. You can use ground beef, bison, or even steak if you want. Then you're supposed to add bone broth to help with digestion and add flavor etc.

My metabolism is EXTREMELY SLOW. I lose weight super slowly, and gain it super easily. What can I do to increase the metabolic rate? Weight loss is the last thing standing in between me and my ascension. I will cashapp you $100 if your advice helps me ascend not even kidding rn

Sugar is still bad for your skin and ages you super fast doesnt matter if you eat low in pufa or not. So skip fruit juices and aspirin

T is generally safe but at your age you can make a drastic difference to your physiological state without much use of exogenous hormones
