Gym/cardio and MA!

Hi!
I have a 3x a week weight lifting regimen but I would like to do 2 more things: 1x a week cardio and 1x a week martial arts.

I thought to myself if maybe there is a martial art I can do that has a lot of cardio, very similar to HIIT workouts, or is there not?

In this case I would do 2 days a week of weights, and 1 day of Martial Arts/Cardio.

Which are the best?
