But damn idk which exercises and whatever, im eating as much as i can, just meat and raw milk, im still doing research on test usage during puberty but for now i reject it.eat man. use ffmi calculator to see how much you should bulk up to
since uve never been to the gym you can do higher volume and high intensity which means 3 sets until your form becomes wack
your main focus should be maintaining proper form on all exercises and eating in a surplus and a lot of protein

What exercises are less prone to easily cause an injury if misdoneIf you've never worked out before I'd personally suggest you to do whatever the first month and get your body used to lifting, as well as learning proper form to not injure yourself
