already got my diet now need a workout split or whatever im grey when it comes to gym, just tryna gain muscle and low bf percentage

Linear progression on the big compound lifts until you plateau

Then once that happens start programming/ periodization on the big lifts

full beody every other day, monday, wednesday and friday, 3x week frequency and realy high intensity for the most growth
