I've been working out for 9 months, noticed a lot of gains in these first 6 months, i was doing ppl 3 times a week and then i switched to 5 times a week in july, i have seen some gains since then but not much. especially in the last month i have hardly noticed much progress in strength and in how big i am. I don't know what im doing wrong and would need some help, my diet is good and i am trying to bulk at this moment due to it being winter.
