I want to lose body fat so that my cheekbones can appear more prominent i can currently see them but my stomach and tiddies are big.

What tips or helps or hacks can you give for anybody trying to lose fat

It's simple yet complicated, but basically, just create a calorie deficit

I am in a 300-400 deficit i currently walk after all my meals heard its good for lowering body fat is it cope?

It depends. The right way is to go into maintenance and lower ur calories by 50 each week.When u calculated ur calorie expenditure, you included ur physical activities, right? If so, just be patient. if not, start going to the gym now (u don’t have to be a gymcel) and add some cardio. Look up hiit cardio.Doing all that, just be patient and wait about 6 months. u don’t have to feel hungry, so hit ur nutrients and stay hydrat

Count calories. If you go down with kcals and you lift, your body fat will go down.
 
What went wrong did you lose your potential height?
I don’t know, when I did it I was 14 and 5'11, the last time I measured I was 6'0, though I thought it was weird because there wasn’t more than 5 months between them. But if you're a teen, be patient. You’ve got plenty of time to deal with hunger lol

Im 16 6’2 should i starvemax and say fuck it?
 
High protein low carb diet. When you do eat carbs they should come from low glycemic index sources like fruits and veggies.

Nah, wouldn’t recommend doin’ that. 6'2 is already great, but more height’s always a plus. Not to mention, u can build muscle and lose fat at the same time
