Gym closed just made me to be in this vicious cycle

Any idea how to motivationmax in this shit situation? One week I eat only junk, which make me bloated and get to nearly to like 20% bf, then I realize shit, I have to cut that shit, go to like 15% bf again and the cycle just continues and there's just no way for me to stay around 12% as I was used to when the gyms are opened

how are you gymcels dealing with this?

I literally just asked for suggestions how do you guys keep your bf low when gyms are closed and you just try to convince me that it doesn't matter and I should just accept not liking how I look, when in fact I'm able to keep my bf in a good spot (as shown in the pic of mine I posted) when gyms are opened, but I struggle when they are closed
