Any idea how to motivationmax in this shit situation? One week I eat only junk, which make me bloated and get to nearly to like 20% bf, then I realize shit, I have to cut that shit, go to like 15% bf again and the cycle just continues and there's just no way for me to stay around 12% as I was used to when the gyms are opened
