anyone know if frequent gym sessions with 2 day rest instead of 3 is more optimal when your on test ?
 
anyone know if frequent gym sessions with 2 day rest instead of 3 is more optimal when your on test ?
test is basically just an extra stimulus, follow the same princips as a natty guy when talking about "training optimally", do high frequency, low volume high intensity (2-3,5x freq, 4-8 reps, 0-1 rir)
