I was doing a set of tricep push downs and he was standing there and asked if he could use it too and I said ok. I asked him how long he’s been training he said 4 months.

He’s in good shape but a normie that doesn’t stand out.

I didn’t even ask about girls but he brought it up and started talking how women cheat on their husbands with him. I was standing there listening to all that bullshit oh my god…

Bro I swear these gym goers are one of the most weird people ever.

You only Need a dumbell, a barbell, weights ofc and you can do everything, you don't Need bench Press you can do dips

I tried bench press yesterday and now my chest is sore which I didn’t get from my last dips. Dips are great but they’re very limited and don’t train the upper chest. I have a dumbbell and I do pull ups for my back. I do shrugs with gasoline cans.

I need a leg press or a barbell for squats and a bench.

Some context I remeber I went to my cousins wedding and she is like 28, so a old roastie who is settling down

Her old roastie friends all gave me massive ioi and I'm htn.

So old roasties knowing their about to hit the wall they more likely to give ioi and I am fairly certain if I tried I could have gotten a date. They also hovered around me a few of the old roasties during the party and asked me lot of questions . The door was open

But I don't like old used up roasties over 20 , So I didn't pursue

Point is old roasties have low standards so his feat isn't impressive

I’m decent looking and 6’3 215 pounds. I have never been lusted after by a roastie. You still need game and be their type

My upper chest is growing. I only do ring dips and ohp
You only Need a dumbell, a barbell, weights ofc and you can do everything, you don't Need bench Press you can do dips
Dumbbells, dip belt and rings - thats all u need.

try to go further down or do them on rings / weighted. when i do dips my chest is absolutely fried, i cannot do even a push up

Sure but the snappability goes up when you do that
