never touched a gym and trying to get into it, already done my research on what to eat/rest and shit but not quite sure yet with the whole split thing, should i just test them? (ppl, fbeod,ul) or should i research more and do my personal one depending on what i wanna train?
tryna build an aesthetic physique btw

if ur new ul gives 2 rest days and that can help w recovery but u lwk should be in the gym more often if ur new so id suggest ppl the most, do low volume with high intensity and if the soreness and fatigue is too painful for you to handle cuz ur new u can decrease the weight and get used to the gym for a bit but high intensity low volume mogs js so yk

try higher weight first, just randomly choose a weight you fail around 6-10 reps and stick with that, yes obviously progressive overload is key to getting bigger and you should also do that, but as i said since ur new, if the fatigue and soreness is too extreme, do 12 reps until u get used to it, dont forget add weights every few workouts/weeks
