Gym how do i create a workout beforehand are there any websites

create it urself..? niggas now days want to have everything fed to them

look at splits and find what will work for you
 
train chest and biceps, back and triceps and give your shoulders a dedicated day as its the most important muscle for looksmaxxing.
Go 6 times a week with 1 rest day

when you begin in the gym
Learn the machines
Learn how much you can lift without training, write a list of how much weight, sets, reps of each machine you can do in notes app (Don’t overdo it, start at a very low weight)

I highly recommend bringing a friend or family member who is farmiliar with the machines to show you because then you can learn the form well
If you can’t do that I recommend getting a personal trainer just for the first few times to show you how to do the machines

This is fine for like a week to get a feel for the machines and get unused muscles warmed up but if you do this for a meaningful amount of time you'll waste a lot of gains

Yes true but it’s just how you start off
Write down how much you can do on all the machines, send it to ChatGPT, say your age, weight, height, body fat, etc etc, and have it make you a workout plan. Also watch videos from YouTubers about the gym like jeff nippard
