Sure, being lean gets your a more defined face and better jaw, but again, you need the bones for it.

Some may argue that it boosts your test levels, which is true, but in most cases it’s too late to even bother trying to optimize development.


“Lean is law” is retardation.

The only times gym is useful is if you already got a good face. Famous examples: David Laid and Jeff Said.
