i swiped on tinder as a girl a few days back and i swear atleast 25% of dudes had pics with like normal 1 year lifts with abs. this shit is not rare anymore at all. I dont really see any jacked guys like the alpha destiny or steph is cold experiment at all. those guys are like 1/500+ or so which still leaves that "niche"

pretty much theres alot of guys hwo look like 13,
7 and 4 are pretty rare. personally i stay at like #4 but with the leanness of like #3. What ive noticed is that if i keep the size of 4 and slap on the leanness of 1 it just tanks my body halo every single time lol. its like the worst physique you can have but yeah thats my 2 cents
