There is a reason why for all those heavy lifts you need straps, belts and other retarded shit. There is a reason why gymcels get so much tendonitis, fucked up hormones/acne, joint problems, pain all over their body. It is not natural to lift external heavy weight in those positions
Calisthenics is 1000x better because you are lifting your body in natural ways with natural weight that you can handle. Only your muscles are stressed not joints and you certaintly dont need to over eat to get any muscle or improve fake bullshit lift
