There is a reason why for all those heavy lifts you need straps, belts and other retarded shit. There is a reason why gymcels get so much tendonitis, fucked up hormones/acne, joint problems, pain all over their body. It is not natural to lift external heavy weight in those positions


Calisthenics is 1000x better because you are lifting your body in natural ways with natural weight that you can handle. Only your muscles are stressed not joints and you certaintly dont need to over eat to get any muscle or improve fake bullshit lift

your body builds the muscle it has to in order to support your body weight in this stressing position

I am benching 99 lbs after 7 weeks training
because u have stunted growth and development i ate 200g+ of protein during puberty and played sports in sun. no lifting needed

I agree. And i do calisthenics myself.

But let us be honest - Gym is FASTER at LOWER AMOUNT OF EFFORT.

Because gym only requires muscle hypertrophy, which you can achieve in multitude of ways: e.g. having huge torso and chicken legs.

While calisthenics requires STRENGTH, and the muscle growth is secondary. Also, it requires strength in the whole body, even in the muscles which are not responsible for overall aesthetics. They require a lot of time to train, giving NO benefit to your body shape. And you cannot skip this, because the progression requires these muscles, or you cannot do a more complicated exercise. :Comfy:

PS. Calisthenics done right is called gymnastics, and it is as harmful as GYM if not even more harmful tbh, for your joints and your body.
