I've been gymaxxing for 2 years now and from what I've seen 60-70% of the men go there and quiut after a couple months all because of this "oh she brok up with me she's probably getting fucked vy this other guy nooo i will revenge " like it's not even self improvement and disciples anymore it has just become a cuckfest and it's funny to see lol

No. Or at least the whole cut/bulk gym lifestyle thing is a meme. If you're untrained, you'll benefit from 6 months to a year of hypertrophy training eating at maintenance. But it's all about face and height bud.

Training at home is underrated. When I've gone to the GYM I've always loathed people, especially teenagers.
