You spend 15-20 minutes getting there 1.5 hours lifting the same weight and putting them down then 15-20 minutes driving back home and the 15 minutes shower that’s 2 and half hours out of your day just gone muh lifetime weights do this for 5 days a week and you are wasting 10 hours lifting and putting down weights lol just to end up looking like you haven’t steeped one foot in the gym it’s the biggest cope in the world and you have to keep doing this for around half a decade to get some progress over if you still go gym lol
