Those who have seen my previous threads notice that i mention about how i wanna lose weight and my struggle with it. Ive been doing intense bjj cardio for 4 months, like 4 hours a day. But now that im back to lifting heavy, i mean hitting the gym, pulling iron, i see that my face started to get slimmer and also im losing some fat.
So knowing that i assume that only cardio wouldn't be so optimal for weight loss, but when included with musculation it becomes pretty easy to do so.

Sounds like you don't count your calories. The gym or cardio is NOT the main source of weightloss. Your life will become ten times easier if you just spend a week counting your calories to figure out what your caloric maintenance is, then start eating 500 calories less than that per day. That is the cornerstone of weight loss. High cardio and exercise can be employed effectively only after you are counting your calories consistently, which is not that hard to do. If you are eating in a caloric surplus, spamming cardio means nothing if you are not doing this basic thing.

one day you'll mature, and maybe even do your own individual research one day instead of being an edgy revolting teenager eating raw meat senselessly and thinking like a sheep in a crowd

Too much cardio can hinder fat loss because of your resting metabolism rate being reduced, its all about how much you are eating, as long as You're in a deficit and eating enough protein you will lose fat.

lifting weight = ⬆️ testosterone = faster metabolism
This effect is more Indirect, More muscle = Faster metabolism since muscle tissue burns 6-10 calories a day even one rest. And since High test = Easier muscle hypertrophy then this is indirectly true.
