I love how you can convolute "someone who doesn't train is taller than someone who trains" into "the gym is useless", we love ourselves some olympic-level reaching.

Regardless of your height, the gym adds point to your overall appearance. Women don't tend to like roided bodybuilders, but they also don't like twigs, being in that mid-point and having an athletic/lightly muscular physique will make you more attractive to most women. Not to mention it improves your testosterone, overall health and life expectancy.

Lastly, your frame CAN improve by the gym. Of course you can't compare being genetically gifted, with being roided and with natural improvements, but what the hell is one supposed to do if you aren't born with it? The only logical course of action is to try and improve as much as you can within your limits. Because sitting there like a bitch and not doing anything is objectively worse.

It's not a huge effect but clinical research proves time and time again that strength training does increase testosterone, how the hell is literal science retarded?

Again, yes, your frame is everything for your physique, I'm not denying that. What I'm against is the "gym doesn't matter statement", if you don't have a good frame naturally it can definately help improve it, even if by a little bit.

Would you rather be a 5/10 in frame, or a 5.2/10? The little things add up.

If you aren’t against gym, there is 0 reason not to roid. Natty lifting is a meme.

You cannot change your frame. Frame is determined by bones. That isn’t going to change by you going to the gym.

Obviously some muscle mass is an SMV boost, anything else is cope for just doing nothing. I’m not against gym either.
