Literally no one is natty. If your a dude with average genes the most you’ll get naturally is just an athletic build. Every dude u see on social media is just a fraud either 1. There 200 pounds 10% bf and lying abt being natty while blasting gear or 2. Its just a person who angle frauds while being 120 pounds and irl looks like complete shit or 3. the worst of them all also know an as Tyrounsville who lies abt his weight AND angle frauds. When in NT yt vids he just looks like a normal dude. And if your gonna bring the “this guy at my gym has 18 inch arms and he’s natty Saar” ask him how long he’s been training for and 10/10 times it’s been more then 15 years and 9/10 times there not even life time natty. Now if your looking at natural bodybuilders like Casey Kelly, Quinton, etc. All of them alr started of jacked sub 15% bf. Your not a genetic elite.

Try it just to get your feet wet I’ve done it’s pretty good it won’t make u gain a ton of muscle but will help u lean down and make u look freaky.

Im gonna try it out with sarms first because it seems like the supression is very mild, when im a little older (mid 16-17 years old) im going to use test

Oh yeah if u pct with enclo and hcg your test just stays normal it’ll drop but not bad. And I recommend taking actual gear till u move out bc its hard to keep that a secret from your parents/ grandparents/ aunts, etc. Unless they let u take gear

I fully fucking agree. But I also think that if you roid that you should have atleast trained for about 2-3 months so you already have the correct execution on all excercises otherwise you kinda waste your money
 
all men should aim for a physique similar to saafiir, jon skywalker, or zyzz, those would be considered athletic, anything bigger than those physiques is lowering attraction points significantly.

no girl wants a guy who breathes loud as hell and can't even scratch his own back.

if you're white then yeh, maybe you do need steroids, if you're ethnic, probably not, majority ethnic people have good muscle building genetics.

I’m 16 and about 30% of dudes around my age (up to 18) are all talking about how they are already training for 2+ years and they look fucking shit even though they do everything. I made the same amount of progress on 2 months of lgd as others would do in 1.5 years natty (from those ppl ik irl). You rly do get left behind if you don’t roid when young

Mirin, did you take Enclo or test with that and I guess you’ll do another cycle? I personally would feel hella frustrated on a legitimate cycle with a test base because of all the major muscle loss I’d experience afterward.

jon skywalker didn't need steroids, before he even trained he was 6'4 and had excellent base, he only jumped on for quicker results

saafiir looks like he has only recently hopped on, but his base is good also.

apart from zyzz these people could have attained an excellent physique naturally, most white people are like zyzz, so yeh pretty much cooked without steroids.

Not everyone needs them though to attain a physique good enough to steal the girlfriends off anyone in this forum.

After a certain amount of DHT is blocked, the side effects are plateau.

This study shows that dut and fin have no difference in their side effects profile (so you better just take dut):
"There does not appear to be any clinically significant difference between the adverse event profiles of dutasteride and finasteride."

Just focus on 1 muscle group 2x a week high volume for 6-8 weeks. You  will see progress. Then skip to another part and just train it once 1-2 weeks to maintain.
diet is key though.
