I am currently 14 almost 15. I am hoping to start going to the gym by today and I need tips to make sure I maximise my results and I dont waste my fucking time in the gym. I am currently at 20% bf with pretty skinny arms, I am looking to build a X FRAME. Should I even try to go below 20% bf and will it stunt my growth??. What will be the ideal bf% for me??
