I am currently 14 almost 15. I am hoping to start going to the gym by today and I need tips to make sure I maximise my results and I dont waste my fucking time in the gym. I am currently at 20% bf with pretty skinny arms, I am looking to build a X FRAME. Should I even try to go below 20% bf and will it stunt my growth??. What will be the ideal bf% for me??
 
if you keep a good diet you wont stunt growth

bulk if youre new to the gym, you will get stronger almost everytime u enter the gym you might get a lil puffy face and shit but u can always cut after puberty or when u feel like its time, im not saying to go to 30% bf but lean bulk or something so you can build muscle. Get on a good program theres plenty, upper lower or upper lower push pull legs is also a good one, it all depends on how many days a week u plan on going to the gym. Track ur progress aswell to not waste time and always push urself further goodluck bhai
