Lately I have a gym motivation lack.
It's not like I cannot start or something.
I was doing gym for around 7 months. Conscientiously and meticulously.
Last two weeks I felt like all the motivation disappeared. I do swimming once or twice a week and I don't really know if my body doesn't want to do too much physical exertion or is it just laziness:feelswat:

i feel u bro i been going just about a year now. over the last 2 weeks ive barley gone and have had 0 motivation to do it

I don't know really if i would go back to it. But I really think I'm missing my time to build muscles

brah, its your mind its your body if you dont see a need in doing it than dont do it, be a skinny fuck there is no suppliment nor peptide thats gonna give you motivation you give yourself that nigga, ride the that tiger bro.

Your fuel for the gym shouldn't be motivation it should be discipline , the motivation only comes as sorta 'side effect' off the discipline and work you've put in. When you wanna go least is the most important times to go. Or just self sabotage if you got an ex or just take steroids and ur sweet less work more muscle :blackpill:

But then again if you’re twinky, you’ll get thrown around.

Either way stop being lazy and get in the gym, Christmas is over lads

at times when im not motivated to gym at all i just keep going, even at times when i dont want too lol. after a while im back to enjoying it. sometimes i just train breast or just train arms, just to get that satisfaction of training something i like instead of staying on schedule. then when i feel like it i can train normally again. but lack of motivation for gym is real and is something u gotta push through kinda(y)

Why did you start? Probably the best start is to reach a certain point. And you just dont stop until you reach that point
