running candito 6 week untill i hit 405 squat and deadlift
if things go well ill be benching 225 next month
my squat is exploding on this strength proram but my deadlift is still kind of crap since im more built for sumo and doing conventional as i grow and put on size that should change
 
i might run a deadlift program right after hitting 405

i just wanna be strong personally because of the job i would like i think you need a strength baseline as a man as well im also training neck to look more masc
