never bulk. cut now and then do maintenance or 100-200kcal surplus. what split and exercises do you do?
Im doing upper lower fullbody, 3x frequency, exercise depend, I do both compounds and singel joint. I prefer doing unilateral work. I eat my carbs and caffeine pre

not bad but you are natty so its already over dont hop on still cuz you are 16 ill recommend to stop gymming and jerk off rather wait till you are 19 and then blast 500mg test e for 12 weeks you will gain more muscle than you would if you continued gymcelling for the next 3 years in those 12 weeks

genetics 🧬, im not even going to the gym for the gains anymore, just doing it, cuz it’s the only thing I have going for me

150g carbs and I don’t eat protein pre. I also drink Intra during workout 60g carbs
