Before about 70 kg (30 august, 1 month sick no roids hardly ate and was in ER)
After 91.5 kg (12 october no pump, 600 test e 200 tren e 40 winny)
Ate 7-8 calories a day and mirtazapine as an appetite booster. Going to test megestorole acetate soon as a an appetite enhancer as well as I'm planning to gain beyond 100 kgs. Train just for pump dont care about strength 3 times a week only upper body. Height 180 cm
