Train like a maniac and if you can’t build muscles then hop on AAS.

train legs if you start to look unbalanced
just keep building mass in all muscles
already a good physique, only lacking in size but at 17 (and 6'4) its expected

Your upper traps pop out more so i would say do more volume for side delts and look crazy aesthetic mirin

thanks

appreciate it yeha shoulder are my weakest point in my opinions im currently doing dumbbell shoulder press cable lateral causes and rear delt flies

since you have a strong point on traps, be careful on side raises to not only use them
you have short biceps, training them will make them bigger but it probably will never be a strong point

yeah

idk why my traps are so big they were like that before i started and i dont don’t do shrugs and avoid shrugging on the cable raises i can show u my workout plan if u want

genetic strong point, might be due to a sport you played or just your muscle insertions and levers

no need, if you don't want them to grow more, avoid deadlifts, rdl & otgher variations lunges, farmer carries etc...
on lat movments be careful not to start "rowing" (on lat pulldown, stand upright)
Strong point on traps usually means weak point on shoulder, so train them hard and heavy for the front delt and medium/light for side and rear delt to not need to engage your traps. To further isolate the delts, when you do delt movments, push and lock your sacpulas forward and down. But training rear delt will be touch for you, you can do rear delt flies as prefatigue before you do a back movement to recruit them there as well.

train rear delts last on shoulder day, so you can go light and still work them since they are already fatigued, train front first, very heavy and to go to high on your presses since at the top you use your lats to finish the movement, go only 75-80% of the way, go as low as you can witthout your shoulders rolling forward tho, don't be too upright either
you can do (light, not to failure) rear delt flies right before a back movement to work rear delts with your back, take no rest between flies and real exercice

so
dumbbell shoulder press then cable lateral raises then rear delt flies?

bulking and cutting is retarded unless ur enhanced
