I have been working out for 3 years. Trying to fill out my frame. Any tips? What muscles do i have to focus on?

What beginner mistakes did you do? I’m 5 months in and I managed to build a decent amount of muscle, although I’m still like 19% bf :feelswhy:

The kid is 16 ffs his balls barely dropped, he is doing good. In three more years when he is 19 he will be a fucking mogger at 6'3 and good looking facially.

After like 1 year of lifting i was pretty strong,i was 14 and could bench 90kg at 70kgs,but then idk why i wanted to cut so bad,i tried to cut for half a year but the only thing j did was to hinder my progress drastically ,my muscle mass didnt improve even though i was working out consistently,my strenght levels also hit a plateau,i hit 100 when i turned 15 already. To sum everything my diet was shit and my aspirations were unattainable due to my lack of knowledge,age and blah blah, so bro just dont cut,gain lean mean and try get stronger gradually🙏🙏

Bruh... Kids are ridiculous these days. At your age the only muscles that matter are abs. So those are the muscles you should focus on... Not that hard bud.
