Should I roid? Height is 6'5 19 years old

Hey, here is my frame and physique. I would like some honest opinions on how I should treat the gym these next few years.

I don't want to just cope and stay natty while barely filling out my frame over months on end, I want to fill out my frame as quick as possible and achieve a world class physique

But I am still skeptical if I have the potential to achieve that, so honestly tell me the protocols I should take to achieve the most aesthetic physique if you genuinely believe I have the frame + height to make ends meet.
Don’t feel the need for roids, for taller people it’s harder to gain muscle compared to someone shorter, you have the potential I reckon just hit every muscle group twice and constantly hit protein goals
