I Started as a weak subhuman skinnyfatcel (id estimate 25-28% before dieting , 20+% before starting gym)
Im currently barely leaner than avg (17% bf~) and i have a way better pyshique , im not skinnyfat anymore :feelsgah:

I went from 0 pushups :lul: to 5x3 pushups in 2.5 months or so
And other weight lifting progresses
From training home
Facially went from ltn to mtn but kinda capped at that
This is just the start tho

85–95 kg
1RM: 105–115 kg
Squat
145 kg
1RM: 185 kg
Deadlift :
150–165 kg
1RM: 215 kg

At 5'10 75kg bodyweight
