gym + puberty = ?

hey guys im making this post to ask if i should start gym maxxing you guys think its worth it while in puberty and if so what do i go for especially ive heard deadlifts ruin ur growth plates blah blah im not sure about everything and id rather not get info on tiktok and these social medias so ill just ask :p

im already pinning hgh ahaha ik its not considered roids but i think it would be better with gym what do ya think

Hgh is bad cuz it grows everything, not only jaw, cheekbones, etc

People believe Hgh is super cool but all it does is make all your bones grow, while you just want certain parts of your face including probably your height to grow but yeah Hgh is useful for height to maximize it (also Hgh only grows your height to your maximum height, if you have shit genetics don’t really expect to be 7’0)

no man ahaha i dont take it illegally ive got a growth deficiency xd but one thing ill take thats not prescribed is an ai letrozole femara to be exact

Just don’t over train and you will be fine.

Your puberty years are primed for building muscle so fuck yeah go to the gym and give it your all
