i just started gym im 14, my split is fullbody 3x a week, i do 1 warmup set and 2 working set, 5-10 reps
Here is my routine

  • Day 1
  • Reverse Cable Curl
  • Leg Extension
  • Seated Leg Curl
  • Just abs
  • Cable Lateral Raise
  • Machine Shoulder Press
  • Dumbbell Curl
  • Cable overhead ext
  • Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown
  • Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
  • Upper back row

  • Day 2
    Abs (just abs)
  • Calfs
  • Leg ext
  • Reverse cable curl
  • Machine shoulder press
  • Cable Triceps Extension (Single
  • Kelso's
  • Dumbbell Preacher curl
  • Seated Cable Row
  • Pec Deck
  • Day 3

  • Lat Pulldown
  • Kelso
  • Overhead ext
  • Cable Lateral Raise
  • Machine Shoulder Press
  • Writ flexor
  • Abs (obliques)
  • Leg Press / Leg Extension (alternate weekly)
  • Back Extension
  • Dumbbell preacher curl

going to the gym the right way can help balance your frame and make your strength indicators better. this guy is hitting all muscles like a bodybuilder so hes doing it wrong. you need to hit the right things for your proportions or you dont get the good out of it

What and how can i fix this? I cant go to gym for more than 3 times a week
lower amount of exercises its too much. you cant possibly tell me the end of sesh feels as energised as the start if your training correctly

im not a gymcell. I am trying to build muscle and get stronger, i dont make gym my whole personality its just a sport i like. I wont take an advice from a retarded like you

Its a fullbody split bro, science based lifters say fullbody is the most optimal because it has 3x frequency. Also im at the gym for 2 hours and not because i workout all the time, half of that time i rest to not fatigue myself.

I dont feel depleted but ofc i am gonna feel tired atleast, this split is most optimal for 3x a week. Sessions are just too long

this is what the guys who promote that look like


constantly trying to optimise without actually truely getting stronger as you shift your methods every new paper comes out with a what if is not the way to go. what works works, follow tnf he actually gets results

Yea tnf said the same too, also that guy you showed in video has never gave us his physique and people is strong as fuck. He studies science so it must be most optimal. Also there is this guy named david he also promotes higher frequency=more gains

dont train traps and muscles that will ruin your aesthetics everones proportions are different

Use gear before it’s too late, and drink raw milk to balance everything out

idk whats raw milk. my grandpa gets milk from his cow, then he boils it, is that raw milk?
Not precisely but it’s better than store bought milk
