To all of the gymcels of this forum what do u think of my workout routine (lmk how to improve it):

Day 1: Push
- 2 sets shoulder press
- 2 sets dumbbell lateral raise
- 2 sets cable lateral raise
- 2 sets incline smith bench press
- 2 sets chest fly
- 2 sets tricep rope pushdown
- 2 sets decline situp
- 2 sets hanging leg raise

Day 2: Pull

- 2 sets pull ups
- 2 sets neutral grip row machine
- 2 sets straight bar pulldown
- 2 sets rear delt fly
- 2 sets dumbbell curl
- 2 sets preacher curl

Day 3: Rest

Day 4: Push
(switch tricep rope pushdown with tricep rope extension)

Day 5: Pull (switch preacher curl for reverse curl)

Day 6+7: Rest

My main goal is to get a bigger frame and be more female appealing. I've seen good results with this routine so far but want to hear if you guys could think of any improvements I could implement.

(yes ik i skip legs i do a lot of cardio and they are naturally big and look proportionate as it is) :feelsgood:

Skipping leg day structurally is insane, but I guess you do you. Would still recommend incorporating some type of squat and definitely a deadlift to train the low back and just general strength aswell.

Don't skip legs, you'll regret it

It's okay but you have a lot of redundancy within your program.

- 2 sets shoulder press
- 2 sets dumbbell lateral raise
- 2 sets cable lateral raise

If your going full ROM in your shoulder press then you don't need all 3 of these exercises which hit the side delt. Either half ROM shoulder press then pick 1 of either cable or dumbbell lateral raise. More exercises for the same muscle won't equal more stimulus if your already going to failure on the previous exercise.

- 2 sets decline situp
- 2 sets hanging leg raise

Same with these 2. Both trying to target the abs except the decline situp will be much better as your flexing your spine and not using your hip flexors to bring your body up. Pick one you like and only do that one for abs.

- 2 sets straight bar pulldown
- 2 sets pull up

Pick one you like, im assuming both of these target the lats.

skipping legs are we dumb doesn't matter if they look naturally big ur legs will be weak its not only about size and muscle. Also this routine is a 3/10 if you skipping legs and a 7/10 with legs. If u start training legs i recommend ppl x ul
