MRV has nothing to do with how many days a week you do, but with how many sets a week you do. Also 2x a week isn’t the best for muscle growth, 3x is. Every time you respond it gets clearer you don’t know what you’re talking about.MRV exists for a reason u inbred twat every persons MRV is dif. i never said 5 days a week is better than 6 it all depends on the person. if u have low MRV then 4-5 times is better than 6 cuz u heal slower. if u have high mrv u can train 6 times a week i even gave u evidence u just run ur mouth on shit that u have no knowlede on. The "mechanisms of muscle growth" aren't the only factor for muscle growth. 2x frequency is the best for muscle growth u can do that in 5 or 6 days. UL x ppl 5 day 2x frequency and ppl 6 day 2x or UL 6day.
2x high volume is the best for muscle growth and yes it litteraly does MRV has to do with frequency and volume pls use ur brainMRV has nothing to do with how many days a week you do, but with how many sets a week you do. retardcellworking out is terrible for you
it decreases your life span and ages you

this nigga said jeff nippleDefinitely look into dudes like Jeff Nippard, great gym content.
A good place to start is PPL split if you only gym 3 days or PPLUL if you gym 5 days.
If you look those up youll find some pretty good routines to start. As you go to the gym more and try different exercises you can tweak the routines to be as you like.
Just make sure you are pushing hard and going till failure.

Comparison of 2 weekly-equalized volume resistance-training routines using different frequencies on body composition and performance in trained males - PubMed
The present study compared the effects of 2 weekly-equalized volume and relative load interventions on body composition, strength, and power. Based on individual baseline maximal strength values, 18 recreationally trained men were pair-matched and consequently randomly assigned to one of the...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

Effects of Resistance Training Frequency on Measures of Muscle Hypertrophy: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis - PubMed
When comparing studies that investigated training muscle groups between 1 to 3 days per week on a volume-equated basis, the current body of evidence indicates that frequencies of training twice a week promote superior hypertrophic outcomes to once a week. It can therefore be inferred that the...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Muscle Growth and Hypertrophy
Muscle growth responds well to higher volume and frequency. Training each muscle group 2-3 times per week often produces better hypertrophy results than once-weekly training for most people. The key is spreading your total weekly volume across multiple sessions rather than hammering one muscle group in a single marathon workout. This approach keeps protein synthesis elevated throughout the week and allows you to maintain higher quality repetitions. Your nutrition, sleep, and overall recovery capacity will determine whether you can handle the higher end of this frequency range.
