add a day focused on your core or squeeze in 2-3 core workouts in the days you have there and more back workouts, you're not hitting your back enough at all

or just lump it into one day
I personally like one day just for core workouts, usually I don't go as hard when I lump in with my other workouts. matter of preference ig 🤷‍♂️

I don't think that this is good. Look, if u wanna do heavy duty, u need less excercises. Anyways, I don't really recommend u that cause, besides what Mike Mentzer said, u only do frecuency 1 a week, or even less if u do it the right way. I'm saying this cause I tried it, and I'll tell u what. I've seen the better results since I started doing this:
Monday: Chest, Triceps, Front delts and Side delts.
Tuesday: Back, Biceps, Rear delts.
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Chest, Triceps, Front delts and Side delts.
Friday: Back, Biceps, Rear delts.

If u want the routine I can make a detailed guide with the excercises!

Oh, then it's okey. You could do only 2 bicep excercises (I do hammer and preacher curls), and then, divide your shoulder, do lateral raises and overhead press on chest day, and then do face pull for the rear delts on the back day.
