Gym seems like waste of time if you're not on steroids

I have no idea how guys go there for years on end after their wageslave job.

I as a NEET have all the time in the world and it has been basically completely useless going to the gym. Since I only got shitty advice on YouTube and from trainers in gyms. Plus it has never been fun. I quit a couple times for some months (the longest break was forced because I refused to get jabbed) but always went back.

Now I came to the conclusion that it's a waste of time but I am still in a dilemma of wanting to get lean and maybe getting some muscle. If I got a job this year to be able to afford rhinoplasty and some stuff I doubt I would spent my little free time I have in the gym honestly. Maybe I'd go jogging again and join some place where you actually can meet some women.

Any suggestions? Please just don't mention steroids and the like.

225 bench and 400 deadlift are basically all you need

yea bro, you have a mogger chest, triceps and shoulders at that point, no need to shrivel your balls if you already have good genes. Let the subhumans do that.

Not only would it take you years to achieve a decent physique but that " decent" physique is just not being dyel
Most natty influencers we see on insta posing ,99% of them are on gear rest 1% have Elite genes
If you have avg genes then natty bodybuilding is an utter meme
Yet being natty is being pushed so much as if taking steroids will fail your heart at 50 and you will fuckin die jfl

no i totally agree, but it can push mtns and htns over the threshold to gl. its better than rotting if you actually have hope.

i'm htn and i've been gymslacing for a year , only iois on my shoulders due to spamming lat raises , but nothing compared to the iois from my face , gym is cope if under 5'10 and good frame

Take a few months of complete dedication where you go flat out : 6x/week, all bodyparts trained twice and then you're going to see proper results.

The problem is that you're halfway in, halfway out : It's like anything in life, half measures = subpar results.

Stop finding excuses, give it your all and then maybe you can discuss PEDs or giving up completely if you have subhuman muscle building genetics.

What I do at the gym is to experience a great amount of agony. I also burp loudly in the gym. I almost even puked all over the place. Turn the gym into a slaughterhouse.

The actual dilemma is that we are indeed natural. For example, I hit the gym this Monday. I did biceps and back. My lat still hurts to the point where when I would hit my triceps, I would hit the lat automatically. I need to take abreak until Friday...
 
depends on what you’re achieving. im lean so i use the gym to tone up not to look like a bald ogre at 19
 
I sometimes get validation from women when I go and that’s what keeps me going
