if ur going to achieve something like slaying or parties ect its better to do it sober or just off Propranolol
With pregab u dont actually get any progress out of it well little
if u do it sober and get used to talking with girls sober you'll get adapt to it alot quicker

+ personally pregab would make me a retard at sex

and most people I know after slaying for the first time get a confidence boost which u may not get as much of with pregab
