how do i solve gym soreness? been back in the gym after a 3 month hiatus and my muscles DIE after every workout. wake up cant walk like i got dick downed or my arms die.

i dont remember it being this bad bros. is it something in the tap water?

Just rest.
 
Rest well, and when getting back into training don’t over do, just a chill workout will get your muscle really sore.

You increase workout intensity and volume slowly until your muscle get used to it.

dont remember it being this bad? does muscle loss really happen that fast lol

so i just need to drop a weight and do more reps or do same reps lower weight?

Yeah it’s bad, also depends if you did other exercise while not training (like running, swimming, etc)

It’s lower both weight and reps, and see how it goes.

You’ll probably be still sore but will feel better, then slowly up the amount.
 
its been getting worse, just more soreness even after weeks back in the gym
bro same i was doing Chest suppported T bar rows and even my intercostal muscles hurt a lot because of the torax pressing on the machine ion remember it to be this bad
