i'm an athlete but wanna get bigger but i can't lift more than 3 days a week because of my very tentative sport schedule in different states. what are some main lifts or a split i could do that would keep me big and still athletic?

Chest and back, arms and shoulders and finish with 2 sets quad movements and 2 sets hamstring and then on the 3rd day repeat whatever ur lacking u can switch it around to arms and shoulders first

do a fbeod or 3x per week if u actually want to get big af
any other splits beside u/l or a/p are cope

Full body 3x a week is better than any other split you can run 3x a week. Also FB 3x is superior for athletes.

For exercises look up "Essential exercises" by Chris Beardsley.

Full body three times a week you only have to have a small volume in your training then you can easily regenerate.
