Sagittal Keenan flaps/one arm lat pulldown- 1x4-7
Leg extension - 1x4-7
Lying leg curl- 1x4-7
Hack squat- 1x4-7
Hip adduction- 1x4-7
Standing calf raises- 1x4-7
Seated calf raises- 1x4-7
Back extensions- - 1x4-7
Pec deck - 1x4-7
S/A triceps extension cuffed cables 1x6-9
JM press 1x4-7
Recline curl- 2x4-7
Seated shoulder press- 1x5-8
Crunch- 2x4-7
