Gym teacher said i can not pull lose weights cause i am to weak.. What exercises should i do to be as strong as possible in a month?

There's no such thing as being too weak for free weights. Your gym teacher is either a moron, or this was his nice way of saying he thinks you're too spastic and uncoordinated to be allowed near a piece of metal.

Bruh there's nothing you can do to get as strong as possible in a month, nothing. The time interval is to little anyways, you need a couple of years.
