I only went 3 months ago, I'm going to take it up again.
I will try to go at least 3 times a week
Some tips on what exercises to do.
I think that I will be able to gain some muscle and lose fat by recomposing the body.

age: 21
height : 1.85
Bodyfat: 19

lift the weight and put it down

find a push, pull legs or fullbody workout program if you are going to go three times a week. that will tell you what exercises to do.

make sure it has accessory excercises like lateral raises because you are going for aesthetics

Find a good training program that fits your correct number of days. Recomp for a few months and if below 17 percent body fat then bulk.

every pussy YouTube gym channel says that u have to do low weight with a perfect form, dont do that,it sucks for hypertrophy,do así heavy as u can while your form doesn't sucks completely, but u don't need that perfect full range rep

Hop on the smith machine and do all your exercises there, for perfect technique and extra gains.

Yes, I like to exercise on that machine.
What other things should I keep in mind to get the best results from being a beginning lifter? I have seen other threads and I know you know a lot xd

Was trolling you, stay way from that machine, your body never moves in straight line with free weights and you will get injured more easily using that machine.

eat in a 300 calorie surplus, train 3-5x a week, look into how to train. eat 1.5-1.7grams protien per lb bodyweight if u can. train hard and consistent. dont rush to up your weights mind muscle connection is 5x more important.
