Is this a good idea if I have the time to do this?
The thing is, I just want to lose weight and workout for fun. I'm not trying to build alot of muscle at this time.lmao, terrible idea, do cardio post workout instead so you dont feel weaker before your workout.
I'm kinda skinnyfat right now so just thinking of more activity to help me lose some extra weight.I have ecto genes so cardio is counterproductive for bulking, but if it works for you and you have the time then go for it.
