cant do swimming my town is tiny. The only options regarding sports I have is athletics, climbing, football, basketball, handball or muay thai.

If you do climbing you will get better at climbing, you wont get a "good" physique. If you go to the gym you can shape your body to your genetic limit.

go for grappling or anything related to combat sports : jjb, mma, boxing, muay thai etc and go gym too only do strenghtening exercises and explosive workouts
