any tips for faster and healthier muscle growth naturally? ive been in gym for 4 months now and i increased by 4kg of muscle and my body is starting to look more defined, but im noticing slower progress recently even tho im eating fairly and going to gym 4-5 days a week.

look into high frequency low volume training, you can make way better and way easier progress with something like a fullbody or upper lower split. check out these creators
