got a few here questions i needa ask ;) when people say train till failure how many reps is too much for failure,also how many exercises per muscle group?

I do 2 sets to failure with strict form I don’t do more than 2 sets for each muscle. i don’t really do an exact amount of reps I just try to keep it between 4-15 reps it’s quite a big range but as long as you go to failure -1 rir you should be getting enough stimulus. Also I only do one exercise per muscle group 2x week.
