i started going to the gym like 2 months ago i do push pull legs split. I go 5-6x times a week to the gym but i cant find an exercise on chest that i feel. only high to low cable flyes a little bit but nothing else. every other body part i feel. The technique is good, i do 2 sets to failure and 6-8 reps ( i even tried 10-12) but still havent find my exercise or something i would feel it really much. i do peck deck, incline smith bench, high to low cable flys .
