Depends on how many days a week you're committed to lifting.

As long as you're hitting a muscle at least 2x week, the split you do is completely irrelevant to results.

i have this year a very important exam soo i will go to gym once a week and ihave like barbel and dumbuls can i maintaIN TO GRow muscle or keep it?

Ppl 3x a week is pretty good for gains and its what ive been doing for about a year ig.but U/L or full body is also good and optimal

Once a week for your entire body, and you'll maintain at best, and probably lose muscle in some areas.

Bare minimum is 3x week for good results. Full body, or upper lower

soo i should go with full body one a week and like lifts weights in home and do some calsithinecs like pull up work
 
Your question was what's the most enjoyable split to gymaxxx.

You're not getting a good physique off 1x week with calisthenics sprinkled in. If your diet is good, you can be lean, but you're also going to be skinny as fuck and look like you've never touched a weight in clothes.

Minimal effort=minimal results at best, and absolutely no results most times.

Upper lower split is easy and good

since ur going once a week u gotta do full body
