I personally drink a fuckton of water (I got a 12 gallon cooler and drink it all in 3 days) and try to max the fuck out my water retention to carry an extra 6-8lb on me. it doesn’t “bloat” my face personally so why not. On Creatine also obviously
As for gaining real weight, I find myself attracted to big bowls of oatmeal with added peanut butter and chia seeds. chocolate chips, honey and fruit optional. Avacados make me feel good asf too and they have healthy fats
