Hey guys, i just started lifting today and i was wondering what exercises i should put heavy emphasis on. my chest and shoulders are probably my weakest points and i dont know if its my upper or lower chest thats the issue. nor do i know any exercises for either of them lol all i know is bench press and dumbell curls. heres my upper body currently lmk what i should do thanks.


PS: Im mostly training for shoulder and upper body width so if theres any exercises that can aid with that that would be my priority that comes first.

Front delts: machine shoulder press
Side delts: cable lateral raise
Rear delts: rear delt cable fly

Chest: a pec deck fly
Upper chest: incline machine press (make sure your elbows are at a 45° angle)

Fucking shit skins are like the cockroaches they brought with them when they came here out of their shithole mud huts I want to kill all these retarded foids I swear to god then they have the audacity to wear blue contacts to mimic a fraction of what whites have over them in beauty.

The upper chest is more important than the lower chest—do incline presses, and for shoulders focus on the shoulder press. Get as strong as possible with standardized technique in these exercises, and add some accessory work like lateral raises and flat presses.

He just looks like a pretty typical white guy though, he won't have it stupidly easy but it's not over

Idrc how people online in general, I seem antisocial asf to most irl. The type of people in this forum definitely only amplify the disparity though.

im slightly above average imo the main attractor of these aforementioned cockroach shitskins is the fact that im 6'2 and like 6'5 when im frauding with my boots.

Plus idk what u meant by "this is what he looks like" my frame is untrained and looks kinda flabby yeah but i have decently wide shoulders and my waist is decently small even when im like 21 bmi

You look better here than the other pictures I remember

Although I do think the pictures I saw was a few where the camera felt like it was legit like 3 inches away from your face

For shoulders I’d emphasize side delts with lateral raises for isolation / cable or DB’s and shoulder presses being a good compound exercise as well.

For chest id use incline press on a smith machine for a good compound as well as neutral grip shoulder press machine can be pretty beneficial for upper chest as well. And hitting a peck deck machine for an isolation Movement

implement the pullup bar brah, it's mandatory
first learn the basics of form and the limits of your muscles,
then train to failure with every set.

and you should go even less than 45 angle bcs upper chest benefits the most when u do shoulder flexion
