It matters fuck all whether an androgen is derived from testosterone, DHT or nandrolone since modifications of the molecule change the whole pharmacokinetics of the compound.

Primobolan is one of the most tissue selective androgens and low in androgenecity overall meaning it is really rare to experience hair loss with that compound.

Drostanolone on the other hand is extremely androgenic meaning it can and will rape your hair. It is pretty much hair loss in a bottle.
