I’m a fat slob who’s about to hit the gym very soon. What should be my routine and diet be like? For reference, I’m almost 90 kg, and it’s “all fat.”
Try to build muscle first by prioritizing meat in your diet if u cut you’ll just look skinny fat

Yeah, that sounds good! I’ll start eating more meat. :Comfy: It won’t be until a few days later that I’ll start working out though. So I’ll take this time to meatmaxx.

depends on how many days a week you want to work out and I recommend LISS cardio

for diet just eat high protein (1.6-2g per kg of bw) and eat fast-digesting carbs ~30 minutes before working out
